I have a boxer mix and his ear was infected, so they had to sedate him.I told them he would have to be sedated in order to have a cone, put on his head because he did not like them, and they charged me over $400 to sedate him and clean his ear. When I picked him up, he did not have a cone because they thought they could do it without him being sedated I'm disabled $,400, is a lot for anyone. A great experience with our dog Scout (who is extra difficult) highly recommend!!
The vets are very thorough. They do not rush, examine your pet well & give easy to understand instructions. I have not had a Dr treat me this kind in a long time.
Hands down best pet care we have ever had. Our girl Holly is sassy and we are so blessed to have found Dr Mike and Dr Jose! The care we receive is just hands down the best. The entire staff from the front desk to the nurses could not be better! We will be forever patients.
Southern Trail is the best animal clinic I have ever been to (and I’ve been to many). The front desk ladies and technicians are so pleasant and helpful. And experience speaks! Both Dr. Eaves and Dr. Fernandez can pinpoint any problem my cat or dog is having. They give me honest answers and options to pick from to decide what is the best for my fur babies. Unfortunately I had to put my cat down but she was treated with the utmost kindness from all the staff and passed on peacefully.
