I've been having issues with my ns6010. Ended up shutting off and not restarting. Error code seems to be dpf clogged but tech support says that the code may be for something else, puzzled as I always run it at 2000 rpms to full throttle. When working it. I went to Southern Tractor in Elba Alabama. Blake Streetman and Andy Pugh was amazing to work with. I got there about 20 minutes before they closed on a Friday(1hr 40min drive) dummy me, ended up being a restricted/clogged fuel filter, they changed it out and runs great now.... read more
I gave 2 stars for the mechanic and Ralph( the are great), but Blake lost the rest all on his own. I have had to bring a few mowers in for work and he has talked to me like I'm stupid or in a dismissive manner multiple times. He has no patience for questioning. My last experience will be an example. I had a warranty repair on a pulley last month after the belt came off. The belt was not under warranty and I expected to pay for that.
