Right out of the gate they offered the most competitive price, fastest service, and on-time delivery. Upon delivery they thoroughly reviewed the tractor's features with me, demonstrated a number of functions and answered every question I had. I know where I will be purchasing my implements. I look forward to doing more business with Southern Tractor.
Bought my kioti tractor last April with almost one of every implement they carry. They treated me So well I went back a month later and bought a spartan zero turn. I’m a challenging customer but they always answer or call me back when I’ve broken something and need a new one.
I gave 2 stars for the mechanic and Ralph, but Blake lost the rest all on his own. I have had to bring a few mowers in for work and he has talked to me like I'm stupid or in a dismissive manner multiple times. He has no patience for questioning. My last experience will be an example. I had a warranty repair on a pulley last month after the belt came off. The belt was not under warranty and I expected to pay for that.
