Words can’t even explain how wonderful it was to work with this company. Heather communicated with me the entire time. Even when there was a hiccup with me closing on time, Heather stayed late and was very patient with me. She explained everything and never made me feel like I was a burden. I would highly recommend Southern Title to anyone buying or selling a home.
Heather was beyond amazing. She went to the moon and back to ensure our closing was going to happen she put aside her personal life and sat at that office multiple nights to make this deal happen. I have gained a new title company thanks to Heather who has shown they truly put the client first before anything. I will be sure to recommend all my family and friends to Heather.
I highly recommend Southern Title for any real estate transactions. I recently had a closing at their Port Orange office. I wasn't sure what to expect, never having done this before.
