I highly recommend Southern Title for any real estate transactions. I recently had a closing at their Port Orange office. I wasn't sure what to expect, never having done this before. My main contact was with Heather. Prior to the day of the closing, we had several phone conversations and email exchanges. She guided me through the process, answering all of my questions.
