This title company never follows directions the people that work there have a horrible attitude. They are not helpful whatsoever and the reason they can be that way is because they have so many builder accounts that you're in nobody or nothing to them. I would highly recommend never using them for service. They are worse than horrible.!
The entire staff that I spoke with were very pleasant. Andrea was always there for me answering my questions. I would use Southern Title again if needed.
