I requested an estimate for an alignment on Thursday and was told it was $99.95, that it was first come, first serve, and that they open at 7am. My husband went the next day, Friday, at 7 am. They were open, but he was told the technician that does the alignments wouldn't be there for an hour and a half. The technician showed up at almost 9 am. He did not perform the alignment on the rear, only the front, he lost a lugnut, he only hand-tightened all the other lugnuts on the front tires, and the vehicles still makes the same ... read more
Southern Tire Mart is the place to go if you want professional and knowledgeable service. We were very fortunate to happen upon STM Pecos Texas in our RV travels.
Those guys are some great guys that would have me stopping by to give them business anytime I'm in Pecos...
When we arrived it was pouring down rain. A nice man come out to meet us to assist us . We told him what we needed , 4 tires replaced and some lug nuts and some studs replaced. He told us to pull in the bay area and helped us get the tires off our other truck. We left it and was called back in a very timely manner that it was done and ready to go. Excellent professional business, I highly recommend them.
Imagine loading your RV for a two month trip to Florida, your all set and you notice you have a flat tire. That was us. We were frantic!! Took the RV to Southern Tire in Tulsa. They were great. Tubby was our representative, he got us in, new tires, reasonable price and done in just over an hour. We are now on the road to Florida. The RV feels great driving with the new tires, Thank you so much Tubby and Southern Tires crew in Tulsa, Oklahoma!!
