Great customer service! Rob was very nice and informative! Highly recommended!
Showed up to an empty lot. Went into the office, 1 new tech that had no experience with the process of getting my information put into the computer, would not let me even pull my truck in the bay until paper work was input and I had approval from my office!! I told them I would be paying with a card. Needed it done. It literally took an hour just to get the paperwork done. The young men in the office were not to blame! This company should have someone here to direct and teach them for at least 30 days. This is pure ignorance... read more
