Justin, Cory, and Tyler were absolutely amazing getting my Ford Explorer in when I was almost 5 hours from home! They listened to my concern, I relayed to them what my mechanic husband thought the problem may have been, and were very quick to have me pull my car around to take a look! They worked very well together and consulted with each other just to make sure they were in agreement. Needed 2 trailer tires replaced and in process of checking in locked myself out of truck!! Austin and Billy got truck unlocked and into shop while in shop these 2 guys had to deal with our not so cooperative weekend Maintance team but through it all they were very patient and cool while dealing with some bullshit!! In the end these 2 deserve recognition from southern tire mart for going above and beyond and getting a driver in and out of there shop in an hour and that’s popping a door and changing 2 tires!! Austin Billy and DJ are all Professional. Customer service 10/10 Mechanic service 10/10 Warriors Road service or Saviors Road, best team Mechanic service help each other with Professionalism. Clean service fast service with safety.
The guys here are rude and mean. You walk in and open a job card. They tell you to go and park they call when its your turn, but they never call. When you walk back in to check, the guy on front desk tells you they know nothing about you. They dont value people's time, thats why they need 3 hours to do a pm
