They gave me 5 hours waiting window for tire replacement. No truck in Bay. Never seen so much sluggish, procrastinators. Never going here again
They got us in faster than expected and got our new tire on in great time. And the guy behind the desk was friendly and we had a very pleasant and fun conversation while we waited. They even let us bring our little dogs in, so we didn't have to leave them in the truck alone with the scary noises in the shop.
