Very baad experience these guys not respect customer and not value there time
The laziest and most unprofessional people. We brought our semi-truck in for an oil change. We checked in at 8:00 AM and they kept us waiting for 9 hours. Finally, at 4:00 PM, they told us they couldn’t do the oil change today. They clearly do not respect drivers’ time. If you cannot do the job, tell us earlier so we can make other arrangements. There were no trucks ahead of us, so there was no reason to keep us waiting all day. Very poor communication and extremely unprofessional service.
Very disappointing experience. I checked in around 8:21 AM for a simple PM/oil change on my semi-truck. I already had my own oil and filters, so I was only waiting for the labor. When I checked in, I was told the maximum wait would be about 3–4 hours and that they would bring my truck into the shop and get the PM done. I relied on that information and waited. I've had several interactions with James and his crew here, and honestly any time I'm coming through the are and need a tire or pm I try to time it where I can get stuff done here. This is a good crew and they work hard. I've gotten several tires here, done multiple PMs, and had some other mechanical work done. Today they changed my coolant reservoir, flushed my cooling system, diagnosed and changed my power steering pump, a couple airlines on my trailer that had wear from rubbing, and even a joint on my steering shaft that ... read more
