Came in needing a trailer tire changed. This crew is friendly, professional and proficient! They went above and beyond to fix my rig and made sure I had a place to park when they were finished with my repairs. I HIGHLY recommend this STM at the Pilot in MontEagle, TN!! Thank you
The gentleman that runs the place is awesome. Hooked me up with a tire repair and was on it the minute that we got there then finished and didn’t charge me. Not many people in this world that would do that anymore. Highly recommend going there and I will send all the business that I can to him. Thank you so much
Unprofessional service, I waited more than 3 hours for the oil change and they say they have to change water separator as well ,who would change water separator while doing oil change unless I ask them, and they don’t have the part , crazy, if they have told me in advance , I wouldn’t wait and waste my time , zero professionalism
We were traveling and came up with a tire problem and then being unbalanced. We came in and he helped us and solved our problem. He did this for us for free. So grateful
