Came in at 5:30 on a Sunday to get a tire changed. It took longer for payment to go through than it took them to change the tire. Very professional crew and easy to work with
Office personnel Brandy was amazing, sweet, kind and reassuring.I didnt feel rushed, I was given a fair price on work done. Malik was very nice and a hard worker. Thank you for everything. Would highly recommend this place. The people and Service are 10/10

Waited 8 hours at loves shop wasn't going to get in went to Southern Tire Mart got in less than a hour and was fixed in less than a hour the Technician was professional his name was Randall Jackson, ga.
**Absolutely Terrible Experience - Dishonest and Unprofessional!** I recently went in to get three shocks replaced and was given a quote of $400 for everything by the lady at the front desk. I always make sure to get quotes before starting any work to avoid surprises. Imagine my shock (no pun intended) when I got the final bill, and it was **$640**—a huge jump from what I was quoted!
