Came in for alignment. Was rejected because my drag link was bad, due to part unavailability had to leave. Mechanic was ok but at checkout had to pay $150 for labor to tell me that drag link was bad.

I’m from South Bloomfield Ohio. I was delivering a car to Indianapolis, Indiana and I made it just about to Richmond and my tire blew out on my tow truck. I’ve called over 20 people and everybody kept telling me they won’t deal with 19 5 inch tires. I called them Explain my situation. They said no problem we’ll take care of you. That’s good customer service you guys are the best.
