I had a tire issue while traveling on the highway with my kids and stopped at Southern Tire Mart at Pilot for help. They came out to check my car for safety, aired up my tires, and thoroughly inspected for leaks or any issues. They made sure everything was good to go and got me back on the road quickly. Their kindness and professionalism were truly above and beyond. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of tire service!
If there were more stars I could better express my opinion. This business is not only the best shop in the area. This is the best shop I have ever dealt with in my life. If you take your business elsewhere. You missed an opportunity to not only get a very fair deal but make lifelong friends. By trusting this shop you have made an excellent decision. This place is a joke horrible management horrible front counter work. The only thing that is any good at the shop as the people working out in the shop the people in the Offices and The people running the front desk are absolutely disgusting. They are a disgrace to this company. They are unprofessional. Something should be done. Do not refer anybody to southern tire Mart as this is a horrible place.
