Thanks to the entire team at Southern Tire Mart in Kingman! Their professionalism and workmanship are excellent and I could not be happier with my visit! Thanks again!!
The folks were nice enough, but when it comes down to it, customer service is not their strong point. I was there over 5 hours waiting to get 2 trailer tires installed. I had been there a little over 2 hours when it was my turn to pull into the bay. I was told to hang tight just a moment while the guy went to get my tires. A couple minutes later he came back in and said he couldn't open their bullpen because all of the shop keys were on a truck that was out on a service call, so I'd have to wait till they got back.
