We changed oil yesterday and today I checked the oil level,and ,surprise,no oil at all😯😮😮😮this is so unacceptable because is my truck,so unprofessional and some of them don't know what to do the good work. SO DISAPPOINTED 😞
Our trailer tire blew out on the 40, if you know the area you know there isn't much around there. We didnt have a useable spare and really needed some help. Most tire shops only service the big rigs. So i was feeling very hopeful but I gave Southern Tire Mart a call anyways. Wendy who was running the front desk was extremely helpful. She wasn't sure if they could help us right away but resumed me she'd do what she could to get us back on the road. Luckily we just needed our tire on our spare transfered to a different rim. I am so grateful for the prompt help tonight with the slow tire leak and alternator belt adjustment that allows me to use my headlights again on my long trip (voltage was dropping from a loose belt).
