I am so grateful for the prompt help tonight with the slow tire leak and alternator belt adjustment that allows me to use my headlights again on my long trip (voltage was dropping from a loose belt). I stopped by around 5:20pm to get a tire fixed, but the female mechanic was screaming and raging. The environment felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable, so I decided to take my business elsewhere. Customers should feel respected and welcomed, but unfortunately, that was not the case here!!!!!
Not even worth to talk to them they are very rude people!! I called him. I confirmed the price with them, but they’re just making excuses for not coming and wasting my time, And was giving me the wrong number, which was not even in service and they were wasting much time by calling wrong numbers and even they did not show up!!!
Big thanks to the short guy with the beard at Southern Tire Mart at Pilot. My husband came in with a flat tire, and he helped right away. Joseph was super nice and fixed it fast. No problems at all. Really glad we stopped there!
