Had a problem with my Honda Civic on the interstate and pulled into the Flying J to see what the issue was. The Flying J manager, Rainy, suggested calling over to the truck service shop and passed along their telephone number to get in contact with Justin and James. Justin and James met me in the parking lot and were incredibly helpful finding and fixing the problem on the fly. Thanks a million Justin and James. Highly recommend their service. 10/10
Hands down the worst there is. Go to and use anyone but these people. Business hours 7-7. They closed and locked the doors at 3:30 pm by the mechanic that did so. Was told by the very same mechanic that the tech was out on a call would be back in 2 hours. 4 hours still no tech. Called after hours and was told there none at the shop in La Salle, IL. Update to my rant. IF YOU COME TO RHIS LOCATION MAKE DANG SURE MR JAMES IS ON DUTY. HE IS BY FAR A SUPER STAR
Southeastern Tire Mart in Flying J…. One word… Terrible. One of young girl at the front desk. She’s rude. She definitely needs training for how to smile at customers. She’s yelling at customers. If ever you have chance, don’t stop at this mechanic shop.
Deceptive business practices at play here, quoted me $133 a tire plus install getting you to drive specifically to their location to be told AFTER writing it up and pulling in my truck that “the system” made an error and the tire actually costs $193. She was not going to honor her quoted price, started explaining “business” to me but obviously HONOR PRIDE AND LOYALTY were not part of her business practices. Not sure what other games were about to be played, but do not put yourself at risk as well!
After trying a couple other places to get road service for one of my trucks I called these guys. Bailey was a rockstar and looked after everything. I was super impressed with the whole experience. This place should be your first call
