Was in a bind, traveling across the country, losing pressure in all 4 trailer tires due to the heat. Made it to STM at Pilot in Bloomington, IL where Ray, Lizzy, and the team got me fixed up with new steel valve stems, in no time. I wasn't a big rig pulling critical freight, only pulling my own goods, but you would have never known by the way they took charge and took care of the problem, as if were critical cargo.
