They just acquired a loyal customer. This was my third time getting either tires/alignment or repairs here and Cameron, Tyler and Hannah have always provided excellent (professional) customer service. They try to get you in and out. They explain what the issue is a.d how they fixed it. I also can't complain about the prices. Will definitely be back.
Had a great experience with the shop for a truck that had trouble starting, they were very helpful and honest. Will keep them in mind if ever in the area again.
My husband already wrote a review but I wanted to do my own. On January 7, 2026 I was driving to Bloomington to attend a work event. While driving on highway I got a screw in my tire. My husband was at home and to far from me. But he called Southern Tire Mart and they told him to have me go there and would try to help me. They helped patch my tire up when no one else would help. I not get there names but the 3 I saw working on January 7th were the best!!!
They helped my wife when other places wouldn't definitely get 5 stars i wasn't there but she was definitely greatfull to be back on the road to home
