I had a great experience at this shop. The staff was very professional, helpful, and respectful. Especially the lady at the reception name was Briteny, she was very kind, patient, and understanding. She handled everything with a positive attitude and made sure I received the best service possible. This place sucks, the shop manager is a jerk and makes sure you know that him and his techs are 25+ year ASE Certified techs and they know what they’re talking about. Well they don’t know what they’re talking about. Went up the road to Peterbilt to find out that my 5th wheel isn’t bad and that Southern Tire Mart doesn’t know what they’re doing on an inspection. They can’t tell the difference between 5th wheel slide slack and bad bushings on a 5th wheel that’s a year old. Thanks for costing me unnecessary money on a part not ... read more
