Bad people skills, 10 year old kid asked for the restroom was refused by a manager wearing glasses so rude, reason that we paid not enough to get the access to the restroom

A few months ago I went to this tire store asking to borrow a tool because I had a coolant leak and was missing a tool! I don’t remember the guys name who worked there, I think his name is Jensen. But he has glasses and is sort of young! This guy went to his personal tool box and let me borrow the Allen wrench needed for the job! Jensen and the guys at STM are absolute rockstars!! Not only do they do excellent work but the value is there. Took our Kenworth in for a hub axel seal repair and it was done before we knew it. Of all the shops around, I’m glad we were fortunate enough to be close to this one.
