This Southern Tire Mart makes me not want to use any other Southern Tire mart in the nation. Arrived at 1400ish for a simple trailer tire replacement (which was pre approvedby my company before i even got here). Its currently 1915 and I still haven't been brought into the shop. I keep being told im next yet they continue to bring other trucks in. I think I'll only use Speedco for now on.
I'm an otr truck driver I broke down Chad Patrick and Jensen all were amazing the part we found was short but the staff got it to work I highly recommend this shop
Had to have the axle seal replaced...they did a quick job replacing and even checked air pressure in tires
Not a bad spot for service.
there is no rush , no other truck all bays are empty all mechanics are roaming around without any work i came here for oil change its been 3 hrs and still they said have no idea how long it will take just for simple oil change and there is literally no other work they are doing bad experience
