I went there to have a small job done on my trailer. Unfortunately, most of the staff had a negative attitude and did not seem welcoming. It felt like they didn’t want customers there. Only a couple of employees were polite and helpful. The front desk employee was unprofessional and did not appear to take his role seriously. Additionally, some of the mechanics seemed disengaged and uninterested in providing good customer service.
Came to get a much needed PM service. The service guys did a great job and got my truck done in no time. Everyone was super cool. TR TOPPERS thanks you for keeping my truck running well again. Would recommend. 😁
Came in with a coolant leak upper radiator hose had two pinholes they diagnosed the problem and had me back on the road within a hour! Fairly priced for the job/great price for the quality of work, but what really stood out was the professionalism of the mechanics and employees they even thought ahead and gave me a gallon of coolant to take with me in case the system had any burping! I 100% recommend Southern Tire Mart if you have any kind of problem with your truck or trailer. They will definitely help you. They assisted me in repairing my equipment and getting me back on the road. Jayson was our mechanic; he is very professional and attentive. He explained the entire diagnostic process step by step. All of their staff treat you with the respect a truck driver deserves, and the prices are great, very fair. They truly were our angels on the road, far from home. Thank you!
