Very professional and knowledgeable. Needed to replace starter on my truck. Brian tried everything to help, but it needed to be replaced. Overall amazing service and really nice guy.
I called the shop and asked the shop do they have the Landstar certified DOT inspector working today and they said “yes” he will be in around 08:00. I also told him I’ll be traveling an hour and a half away. So I’ll be there around 9:00. I arrive at the shop and they told me the Landstar inspector is on medical leave. I’m extremely disappointed but I hope upper management sees this review. Jack and Will are the two employees I was working with.

I stop by for some help the younger lady with glasses she was rude and refused to help me it was a simple thing that needs to be taken care how would’ve pay them I wasn’t asking for a free service
