My passenger car hit a pothole on I-70 in Indiana. Didn't know where we were at, but I saw Southern Tire Mart and gave them a call. It was late on a Sunday and fortunately I spoke with Christopher Wilson. He got us a recommendation for hotel and food for the night. They even overnighted the replacement tire. Christopher called when the tire arrived and personally installed the tire. Southern Tire and Christopher went above and beyond IMO.
