I brought my truck to Flying J for a trailer tire repair, and my experience was absolutely appalling. The shop manager, Dustin, treated me with the utmost rudeness and humiliation. Despite speaking fluent English, he condescendingly told me I didn't understand the language when directing me to enter through "door 2." His communication was aggressive and loud; he yelled at me and repeatedly claimed I couldn't comprehend his instructions. Great customer service and got me out pretty quick
I’m not a truck driver, just a guy with an SUV and a camper. Recently, on our drive home from a weekend of camping, we got off the Thruway to refuel in Pembroke. As we slowed down, our front end started making a horrible grinding noise. I was able to get into the parking lot at the Flying J and did some troubleshooting and discovered we had lost a caliper mounting bolt.
