Made an appointment for my dually truck to have inside flat fixed, wife took it there and they said they didn't have anything to pick up a dually truck. I asked if they had a floor jack....waste of everyone's time. They send my wife down the road with a flat tire

I bought a new F-450 work truck and had the shiny aluminum rims swapped for some matte black ones with 37 Toyo’s. I’m the process of installing new tires and rims the dealership apparently had cut a valve stem. I pulled into the Southern Tire Mart on hwy 108 in Sulphur, La to get it checked out.
