I want to give a big thank you to Andy at Fleetrock for helping me out when I had a trailer tire blowout in Bennett, Colorado. He quickly connected me with someone to get it fixed and had me back on the road in less time than it would’ve taken at Love’s. Store manager Dustin was incompetent, not knowledgeable at all about tires. Also the service manager and the woman in billing were very unprofessional, cursing up a storm, speaking profanities. The woman in billing was also yelling at the employees in the service area. I have been to other Southern Tire Mart locations and they have been great! I will not return to this location again.
The service at Southern Tire Mart could definitely be improved especially from the people in the office. When customers are waiting, it feels like the office staff don’t pay enough attention or acknowledge who’s in front of them. A little more focus on the customers in the lobby and better communication would go a long way toward making the experience smoother and more professional.
