STM exceeded my expectations. I wasn't sure they worked on passenger cars like my 2021 Sienna, but they do. I had a screw in the middle of my tread, and I was hoping that a tire repair job would do the trick. I was halfway expecting to hear, "Oh we don't do that here," or "Oh that can't be fixed, you'll need at least 2 new tires." Quite the opposite. They were willing to help.
