I was literally the first paying customer at the location extremely clean extremely quick the entire facility is brand new the staff and management was great had to replacement a bright on my Volvo those don't come with bulbs you have to replace the entire LED and they did it in 40 mins flat
Got me in quick and out quick.
I’ve used there mechanic shop. Hard working and dependable people. Had a turbo replaced on my 2012 ford F350 and some other service work done. Guys tried very hard to get me back going as quickly as possible even working very late to try and get it done. I’ve been back for additional repairs and again they tried to accommodate me as fast as possible. I’ll be returning for an alignment and tires in the near future
I watched one of their drivers run a car off the road early this morning. Then the driver got very aggressive when confronted and kept going. This driver was in a large service truck and ran the poor lady in a small Honda car right off the road and could of cared less.
When I owned and operated 20 semis, your chosen tire vendor treated you with appreciation and respect due to your buying power... with that said, now I own 2 and what a relief it has been that my chosen tire provider treats me just as well. Earl in the service department along with the in house service techs are the difference that when I show up they recognize me and am greeted with a welcomed smile which means something in this day and age.
