Had one of my drivers do a Tire change here bc he had a blowout Monday . Today is Saturday and the tire is already splitting. 6 days that’s all it lasted . Paid over $300 and that’s what we get .
Routine service turned into major downtime. I brought my 2019 Freightliner Cascadia (DD15) in for routine service. The truck was running normally beforehand. Immediately after service, it would not start or properly prime and built excessive fuel system pressure, causing fuel to spill forcefully when the fuel cap was opened. The fuel filter housing was later found with double O-rings installed, which is not correct and contributed to the pressure issue. Decent enough place to get a hopper washout. They start at $50 and if you have quite a bit left, it goes up from there. Just make sure they wash both sides of the walls, the guy completely missed the passenger side wall the first time
The guys and service here are exceptional. They topped off the air in my tires and performed an inspection for me. They couldn't be more knowledgeable or professional. Huge thank you to my saviors at Southern Tire Mart!
They say they offer truck wash and are open until 5pm but they closed truck wash at 4:30pm.
