Every single time I've been in, usually under not so fun circumstances, Nate is always super helpful, friendly and truly takes pride in making sure the customer experience is a good one. This store is a waste of time. I just called to get an alignment done and an estimate for my truck since I also got all my tires with them and they were putting a lot of excuses saying their system was down and that the person who does the alignments won’t be until 3 PM and then they were telling me that in order to bill me I would have to have an account with them.
