I definitely do not recommend this location for ball joints and other stuff. Had a lift kit installed by them because “we install lift kits”. Had some stuff get left loose by them. Another STM told me I was about to be on 3 wheels going down the road. It caused my front tires to wear abnormally. I had to take the truck back to the Atmore location for the tires to be put on and couldn’t get ahold of the manager about it. I had some older 38x15.50r20 tires on Big Red. Got a new set and was pleased they had some in stock. Great service and knowledgeable. Will definitely be a repeat customer, and definitely recommend. Big Red looks a lot better. Thank you.
My best friend and I were otw home from orange beach and the air started slowly leaking out of my back right tire. We were clueless as to what to do. Her husband said to find a tire shop. Obviously we were a bit nervous bc we were in unknown territory but this place took very good care of us! They were quick, friendly, very affordable and the place was very nice and clean. I’d definitely recommend them!! Superb service!!!
