I have had to get 4 tires total. My tires are 425 a piece so I have had to buy in increments. 1st time that prompted me to get tires was a flat tire I got while pulling into my driveway back in August of 2025. They ordered my tires, came and got my back 2 tires off my truck, put new tires on my rims and put the new tires on all while my truck was in my driveway! Totally convenient. I tell you Mr Frank and Jr or top notch, going home from out of town and got a flat right on the exit where this store is located, I must say we were extremely lucky,thank God ..we ended up needing 3 tires, and Mr Frank took real good of us,thanks again guys
I definitely do not recommend this location for ball joints and other stuff. Had a lift kit installed by them because “we install lift kits”. Had some stuff get left loose by them. Another STM told me I was about to be on 3 wheels going down the road. It caused my front tires to wear abnormally. I had to take the truck back to the Atmore location for the tires to be put on and couldn’t get ahold of the manager about it. I was told I’d have to talk to them and it took around 2 weeks to get them. Not to mention around a month ... read more
