Yesterday while on my way to drop my daughter off for school I had a flat tire . Went to Big O Tire, they didn’t have the tire size I needed and I waited about 3 hours sitting there waiting for them to put a plug on my tire; I decided to get my car and leave . I recently went in to southern tire mart to get a quote, and while the visit was generally informative, I had a concerning interaction with one of the employees. The woman who assisted me, Jessica, made racially charged remarks that left me feeling profoundly disrespected. Her comments were inappropriate and made the experience less comfortable than I had hoped.
