To slow ! I see workers just standing around .
They helped us find tires we needed and got all new 4 tires quickly and done in a awesome timely matter Alejandro and John did amazing work
Traveling and stopped because of a leaky valve stem and they think a valve stem charge is worth $40. We said ok proceeded to wait as I watched 4 workers I. The shop area through the glass talk, laugh, play on cell phones and the whole time I waited it took 4 men 30 minutes to mount one tire onto a rim. I asked Jessica at the desk “how long it would be bacause her workers were just talked and joking around out there”. She said they are working on a 4 tire mount and they do work,lol! UPDATE: Since my previous review, the shop has been completely renovated. The customer reception area is a modern, well lit, air conditioned space with a TV and comfortable seating while you wait for your job to be done. The shop area is also vastly improved. From the reception area, you can watch the work being done in the garage bays. For those who, like me, need work done on your Jeep or other 4WD vehicle, this is THE place to go in the Carlsbad area. Came in here right before closing and they fixed me right up the tire tech Ty was my guy! Quick and easy right back on the road I recommend this place to any fellow truckers passing through!
