Went to this place in town so they can fix my trailer tire after vacations , the lady in front i believe her name was Jessica told me I needed a new tire because it had a hole on a sidewall part of the tire , very rude attitude besides that when I went to the back of the working side of the shop "so I could see the damage " I started noticing a smell "weed" real bad , long story , I really dont know why this big companies like southern tire mart dont care about what their employees do even though is a weed permited state , y... read more

I had bought tires online and went to Walmart to install them. They were going to charge me $125.00 to install all four tires. Unfortunately they were out of stock of balancing weights so I decided to go to southern tire mart. They were nice when they want your money at the front desk. My total bill was $247.00. Couple of days ago, my kids pointed out that I am missing lug nut from driver side. I went back to shop and front desk lady said that well you changed it 3 months ago so it's not our responsibility and give auto zone... read more
