Southern Tire Mart just ripped my off $789.30. One brake chamber and 2 lights on my trailer do not get work done on your vehicle. They will rip you off ! It was horrible customer service. They couldn't give me a quote or a price for the job. I wouldn't recommend anyone getting any work done at this place!

Very dissatisfied with my visit, showed up to this location to have alignment performed on my vehicle. Then upon alignment, tech comes in waiting room telling me I need different ball joints and that it would cost me 750$+. I had just had the ball joints installed on my vehicle 1 day before that was the initial reason for having the alignment done. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Just looking to make $ and not looking out for the customer and getting the task in hand done.

We had our Peterbuilt serviced at Baldwin location and are very satisfied with their work and customer service. Our sales associate was Jeff Sliva, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend!
