Terrible service, specially when it comes to heavy tires. They’ll say one thing and change it up once you’re there. Staff is very condescending, specially the manager. Try your luck if you will, I’ll be staying far away from them.
These folks consistently have failed to provide adequate customer service. 3 days to fix a flat tire on a skid steer and twice on a trailer tire. Arklatex tire fixed an identical issue in 35 minutes. Evidence suggests, as the manager stated via phone, they couldn’t care less about local, small business.
So my company came to have a blowout fixed. The only issue is that the price out the door quoted was different. I understand the amount if you say straight up, but to find out on the spot, an increase is kinda upsetting. It's about the lack of upfront transparency.
