I called and made an appointment for alignment at 1pm. Went there 30 minutes prior to my appointment. 2:30pm still waiting but no luck. Went to the bay to ask what’s going on, he already took another truck working on without letting me know. This place is horrible, zero customer service, from manger to reception to technicians, they are useless, bad attitude, no respect no care, please don’t waste your time at this place. Cheap prices fast service awesome environment in and out within an hour highly recommend will be getting all my tires service done here from now on.
They have a contract with our organization for a 60 min response. 3 hours latter he shows up and take almost an hour to do a 15min job. Boooo
