Recently went into this southern tire mart location, I had previously gone to forest park or Norcross location before due to a bad encounter I had here with the office lady named Lucy or Lacy ( forgot what it was ), but she was extremely rude. Recently called and spoke with Michael, he sounded very professional and helped me get some 26” tires for my truck at a reasonable price. I was having trouble looking for these tires, but thanks to him I got them the next day!

I had gone into Southern tire mart about 2 weeks ago. I got helped at the front counter by this young man named Michael. He had excellent customer service. They were busy and that young was multitasking helping everyone under no pressure. My truck was done by the tech in the shop named Monte. He was quick and always seemed to have on a smile out there.
