Had a small repair done snd was told no charge. It was just a lawnmower tire but to me it was a big deal. Such good service is rare today
While working for the Red Cross after Hurricane Harvey, we had problems with one of our Red Cross Trucks. We stopped by Southern Tire Mart for repairs. They put us at the top of the list for repairs. Two of their technicians worked to repair the problem we were having. They had us ready to go in about one hour. They didn't even charge us for the repair! We appreciate what they did for us.
Great people to do business with. Always a friendly greeting. Only time I've had a problem getting tires was due to hurricane Harvey slowing down their deliveries.
