Every southern tire mart i have ever been to has been great and they have the best road service also
Brian Downer with STM help us out in a pinch! I work for a truck rental company in Birmingham, AL and had a customer with a flat & Brian took care of it. A screw punctured the tire and they were able to patch it without having to replace. Other vendors would had just replaced without even trying just so they could up charge. Class act on their part!
Had a blow out on my trailer about an hour from them! I called them and they said they close a 5 p.m. i said would be there at 4:54 p.m. and ask if they would please wait for me and with no hesitation they said absolutely we wont leave you hanging! I rolled in at 4:54 p.m. and they were waiting in the parking lot to guide me back into the shop and by the time i went in to pay and get my paperwork those guys were done in literally 10 minutes!
