I went there to buy a new tire to put it on a new wheel and then place it on my car . No tire to take off. I would say a 30 minute job at most. I waited a hour and 50 minutes before they even came to get my car . It took a little over 45 more minutes to get car back . People who came in after me was getting there vehicle before mine ever went back . I was told that the techs were thumbing thru the work orders getting the ones that pays them the most .
