Hit a pot hole, cut my tire. Of course it's a special tire. They said they had to order, I expect days. 830 am the next morning these guys call me to bring it in. Done in 40 minutes max. 100% satisfied. Couldn't have had a better experience. I felt very taken care of, they are very professional.

I don't know what happened, because this used to be a very reliable place to have my tires serviced but after several bad experiences I will not be returning. I lost count but I think the final count was around 4-5 return trips to this Southern Tire location to have them correct a loose valve stem that they installed incorrectly. One of the last times I was there, they almost tried to charge me for a new tire saying that I ran it while it was flat, well it wouldn't have been flat if your technicians knew what they were doing... read more
