Great staff, very helpful when I had questions, on the phone they are really polite and my doctor I see is very professional and takes his time with you to explain things and wants to answer any questions you may have and that’s a big plus!
We were told at 130 to come now we would be seen before our appt time of 240 bc they had an opening. Well at 315 still not seen by the dr. Than when I called at 405 the secretary was very unprofessional. She yelled at me. I didnt once raise my voice. I simply stated is she gonna be done in the next hr as I have now been here for 3 hrs. I can understand running late BUT when ur told u will be seen when u got there at 2. Than I expect to be seen at around that time.
