I have to beg and plead with the call center people to get me in contact with a nurse or dr in order to get my medication corrected on almost every prescription. When it's my Humalog insulin that keeps me alive, it becomes a little more pressing. I almost died from this last incident. They deactivated my online portal for no reason and I still can't ever seem to get anybody to answer the phone so I can talk with someone. First time there and I think I just found my new primary care for the rest of my life!!! Boy, was I wrong!!
was told that nurse julie left and all the staff quit on the same day. Some new people here that I have never seen. Must be some issues here for that to happen
