Absolutely horrible professionalism on Thurs. 3/14/2024. I had an appointment at 3PM. I was there at 2:50, and checked in. Still sitting in the lobby at 3:35PM, I called Southern Tier Dematology (another skin Dr.) and made an appointment a few days out. I approached the window and ask the clerk “if everything was ok”? High turnover rate for providers. I got established twice in the past two years and both times was not told by the doctors office that my provider left until I went to go pick up my prescription and found that it was not ordered. It has been incredibly frustrating to deal with.
Fast, convenient and always professional. Hard to not give good reviews.
