Very unhappy with the treatment of both my mother and I. Aide was very rude and said she couldn't push a wheelchair because she's pregnant. Kept forcing my mother to walk, knowing full well the whole reason she's being seen is because of pain so bad, she can't walk. She kept very rudly telling me there's the exit, after I did all of my mothers MRI prep. So sad that people like this are employed at such a facility
I came here for an MRI of both hands on August 25th 2020, without any knowledge that I’d be under that machine for 3 hours with a tech that obviously knew nothing about what he was doing he had to change one of the machines he had my hand in bc it wasn’t working. My mom thought something happened to me and was gonna call the administration bc it took so long, they made her miss and have to cancel her appt I was suppose to take her too.
