I am Glad that I Came Across Southern Tier Audiology at the Fair at The Arena. I was talking to them about My Hearing problem(due to Surgery} .So I called ,made the Appointment.And Was given a Full and Throual Hearing Test.Was fitted with The Hearing Aids,All of this for No Charge to Me. This was an experiment for Me,So I Now Know if I choose this method .I Know what I can do. Thank You Kindly for the experimental Test.I will Remember STA.
Southern Tier Audiology did a good job with me. They explained everything that they were doing, they were gentle putting the equipment on me. They made me feel comfortable during the whole procedure.
This office is a professional and top shelf operation from start to finish. I have never been more happier with a pair of hearing aids than I have from the ones I purchased from Sheila and her staff. Sheila takes her time and explains my hearing loss and answers questions, she refers me to my physician when needed and she is always there to adjust and clean my hearing aids.
