Called 4 times to reserve a boat for a day. No answer. Never responded to my messages. Are they open for business???
We had a great experience with southern tide, I booked a ways in advance but ken kept in touch promptly and showed up at our meetup spot on time as promised! He gave great tips and advice and I had no doubt in my mind at all if I would have needed him that day he would've been there asap! The pontoon we rented ran very smooth and was very good on fuel! We're already talking with friends about going in on another rental, thanks again Ken 🤙
This is were we get fuel for our equipment and I have to say that they are the only place who still has a full service gas station and it's nice to see them meet you at the pumps
Awesome experience working with Ken at Southern Tide. We rented a pontoon for six adults and two kids. Ken had life jackets for everyone in a bunch of sizes. There was plenty of room. He showed us how to use the pontoon and how to get to the closest sandbar. Great afternoon! Thanks Ken!
Family had a wonderful time on the pontoon boat today. We went with the full day rental and it was perfect. Ken delivered the boat to our dock and gave instructions for driving the boat, along with showing us the sandbar and where to walk to the most most beautiful beach. He had all the safety equipment even for our infants. I highly recommend Ken!
