Very professional and caring medical and administration staff, at Winchester hospital. But as far as the sewanee hospital on Mount eagle mountain, very rude, uncaring, very incompetent, and uncaring medical and administration staff. Might have been treated differently if my wife or myself were part of the elite group of people from the university or within their social standing
This hospital nearly killed my wife. She had an ectopic pregnancy and was held in the ER for about 2.5 hours while they took no actual action. She was in agonozing pain. Her blood pressure was dropping and they didn't seem to care. The nurse in charge told her "you're just having a panic attack". Long story short, surgical team came in after 2.5 hours and said "you've lost a lot of blood" and immediately out her into surgery. 2 Liters of blood were removed from her abdomen. We recently delivered our baby girl at the Winchester Hospital Labor and Delivery Unit, also known as The Child Birth Center. We were there for several days and worked closely with several nurses. Britney and Kelsey were great check out nurses making sure all our questions were answered before we left the hospital.
