i went into general admissions for routine blood work, the receptionist “Helen” was very rude & had a nasty attitude throughout the whole encounter. Yesterday, July 15, 2026, I had 4 hours of Cardiac Testing at the Radiology Department. A big shout out to that Department. They were very friendly and professional and took their time and took great care of me. HEATHER CARSON, my Nurse, was awsome and it was a pleasure to have her care for me. Another Nurse, also named Heather, was the nurse of Cardiologist Dr. MEESE. She administered one of the test and made me feel relaxed and safe all the way through it. Went in on a Sunday didn't have to wait to long in the waiting room and the nurses were very sweet and attentive the nurse staff seem to really care about people. Highly recommend Winchester tn hospital..
Terrible bedside manners. Talked to me like I’m stupid simply because I can’t afford to go to my dr yet. Like my concern for my health doesn’t matter. The maintenance staff has more compassion for patients than the drs and staff. So disrespectful and rude. How do these drs. Make it through med school? They should really be ashamed of themselves. We had an amazing experience at this hospital for the birth of our son. From the moment we arrived through recovery, every doctor, nurse, and staff member treated our family with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. She had a C-section, and the entire team made us feel informed, comfortable, and supported every step of the way.
