Had a gall bladder removed and was in extreme pain. They gave me the personal touch and a highly qualified surgeon from Boston (head of surgery here) who really took care of me. Their staff was very helpful....and they all shared great empathy and care. This was my first major surgery and they made me know I was in good hands. I have had nothing but positive experiences with STRHS Pulaski over the last several years. I have had labs, lots of imaging, and my husband and I have both visited the ER for different reasons on multiple occasions. The doctors, nurses, techs, and entire staff have always been kind and professional.

Deserves 0 stars. This place misdiagnosed my wife, discharged her, and less than 12 hours later we were being life flighted to St. Thomas where she coded. That hospital was able to bring her back fortunately. This hospital in Pulaski due to their negligence, almost cost my wife her life.

I am a certified coder. This place has the worst billing system I have ever seen in my life! I have only two DOS and both are a complete train wreck. They assigned these visits two different billing numbers and the bill said two DOS have been combined into one bill. When I called to set up a payment plan, I confirmed this with the CSR. Again I'm a certified coder with 15 years experience, so I know the verbiage, what to ask and how to ask it. She confirmed it was both DOS.
