I recently visited the ER with unexplained sharp chest pain, shortness of breath, and dizziness. I was evaluated and had several tests done very quickly. The admissions staff were very kind and understanding, and every nurse I interacted with was compassionate, attentive, and made me feel very comfortable throughout my short visit. They explained everything they were doing and why it need to be done. I’m very thankful for the quickness and thorough care I received.

Went to the ER and told the front desk and triage nurse that I am diabetic and my sugar was close to 600 because I couldn't get my medicine due to insurance not paying for it, and I needed to be seen and I was never seen for hours and ultimately left, however, because they took my vital signs for all of 2 minutes and sent me back to the waiting room, they charged me for an entire visit. Will never go back to this hospital again.
