These place is very rude and there er doctors have very bad bedside manners
I came in with a bartholin's cyst in excruciating pain not able to walk, sit, stand or do anything for myself and my Dr wouldn't cut the incision "infection" to help the pain enough to hold me over till I got seen by a proper OBGYN. Not only that but I've heard rumors they are sending people home to die instead of helping them like they should. This is ridiculous, next time I'm going somewhere else! Im NOT made of money! Lost two very sentimental bracelets on my stay there Thursday, 08/15/24, as well as my shoe laces, and I have yet to hear or see anything of them. A nurse took my bracelets Thursday night, and a police officer took my laces Friday morning when they brought me my shoes for transport. I’ve been in a ton of emotional distress over this, especially considering I was admitted for a mental health crisis. If anyone sees them please contact me ASAP. Genuinely heartbroken over this. My brother cut his finger, and ended up passing out and having a seizure… they did absolutely nothing about it… I called ahead of time and everything and yet all they did was say he fainted and sent him home… no test nothing…. This is not the only bad experience we have had… THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!
Great staff. Fast Treatment. This ER helped me when my PC could not. Carley was wonderful and the entire staff were very helpful and polite. Dr was great. I couldn't ask for a better experience.
