I showed up for a confirmed appointment, only to be turned away at the door. Two weeks ago, the office sent a request to reschedule. Then they followed up confirming my original time was still fine. I received multiple reminders and rearranged my workday to be there. But when I walked in, I was told my appointment had been canceled because of another provider change. The absolute worst experience at a dr office. Changed my appointments 3 times and when I showed up for appointment they gave me I was told it was a favor! The new Miss Sue Richardson was rude and very condescending. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HER FOR ANYTHING. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO HER TREAT ANY HUMAN. If you are desperate please go somewhere else. If not desperate go somewhere else. I would post negative stars but it will not let me!
Smedley was my doctor for years, she has recently left the practice. Her and her staff were amazing and I already miss them. They treated me like a person and cared about what I thought. They now have a new PCP named Sue Richardson. Let me help you out, go ahead and save yourself the headache. FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR. Smedleys (the old PCP) entire staff left rather then work with this "nurse".
I called and asked if they are accepting new patients the first week of November for me to see a primary care doctor. They set me up with Dr. Richardson in Mid December. Three days before my appointment I got a message confirming my appointment. Two days before my appointment I received a call that the doctor is not seeing new patients this year and will have to reschedule me in January or February. This is not a way to run a doctors office. I told the receptionist she lost a new patient.
