Ever time we call here we are on hold listening to awful music and no one ever answers and many times when the phone is finally answered maybe 20-30 minutes later (without any exaggeration) we are connected to some walk-in clinic that is not even affiliated with Kay Fearings office. If you call to make an appointment like I did again yesterday no one ever picks up. Terrible
Front staff was helpful and kind. The intake nurse was also welcoming. The NP I saw barely spoke. It was difficult to determine what she was thinking may be my diagnosis. What would have taken Complete Express Care(I would have been there but their Xray machine was down) roughly an hour, it has taken 8 hours for this facility to complete it. I was in this office at 8:15am. Seen by a provider at 940am. Sent to hospital for Xray directly after. Xray completed at 10:15 and this facility still at 4:32pm doesnt have the results w... read more
Unbelievably atrocious care. Went in to see my new pcp Kay Fearing. Firstly waited almost fifty minutes past my appointment time in the room before she graced me with her presence. I brought detailed notes on some things I felt needed to be addressed. She looked me over and ordered some blood tests. She failed to order an a1c test although my chart clearly says I’m a type 2 diabetic. After seeing my results online the next day I saw my PSA was elevated.
